Pre-screened & Job-Ready Teens
Students complete work-readiness training before placement, ensuring they arrive with professionalism, communication skills, basic workplace etiquette, and an understanding of expectations.
Supervisor Orientation (“Employer Ready™”)
A job doesn’t matter if you can’t get to it. Ride2Work™ solves that problem by offering dependable transportation through bus passes, scheduled pickups/drop-offs, and route support. We eliminate the #1 barrier keeping teens from showing up.
Ongoing Coaching & Support
