Why We Exist

Founded by Danella Hicks in 2009, All THAT has mentored thousands of teens in academics, career exposure, and life skills. Now, All THAT Works extends that mission into the workforce—bridging the gap between graduation and employment.

Our new 15-million-dollar Workforce Development Center will provide training labs, career pathways, transportation resources, financial literacy programs, and real employment opportunities for youth who need stability, guidance, and access the most.
